Liz Marshall and the rest of the team were extremely professional and we always had the feeling they were working for us throughout the sale instead of the buyers as is sometimes the case. GoogleWe rented a property with Roy Brooks as intermediary / agent for a few years. On the whole, we found their quality of responses and overall helpfulness to be very low whenever we required support. Certain members of their team who deal with paying tenants quite simply should not be in customer-facing roles. I understand there’s a large volume of tenants in the same situation we were, so I would recommend organising an anonymous survey to channel open and honest feedback so that the necessary improvements can be made. Until then though, I would not recommend dealing with Roy Brooks if you can avoid it.

Spammers. Went in there to look at flats, they took all my info, never helped me find a flat, but they do keep on spamming me (weekly emails) with random flats. I tried unsubscribing, didn't work cause their address is not valid. This is against GDPR by the way.

They are positively awful!! Tried to contact, sent emails and messages, then when it came to now we want to terminate as you haven’t done your job.. the apologies come and blame is distributed far and wide! The tenants have rights too!! The rental tribunal is the next stop!! Don’t use them!

Classic estate agent advertising flats which are no longer available. You call them to enquiry, they kind of force you to first give your details to after tell you that all the flats you had interest on their website are actually all gone. Waste of time, London should really start adding rules for all these estate agencies who do whatever they want.
