Emma was especially helpful in coordinating the process of our house purchase which was made even more tricky due to COVID-19 impacts on the industry. She dealt with our questions fast and clearly, plus in a friendly manner and pushed the process forward in difficult times.

GoogleAs my partner and I are still fairly new to renting, Lisa, who took us round the fantastic property we now live in, was great help! As soon as we met her, she was incredibly friendly and energetic which made looking around the property, and then applying for it, much more exciting than it was daunting. Though we had a few queries, both Lisa and Rebecca at the Andrew’s Southville branch responded quickly and effectively, allowing us to move into the property as soon as possible.

GoogleSo far the team have been absolutely fantastic with everything and this morning I popped into Andrew’s in Southville and finally had the pleasure of meeting Lisa! I came in to express how happy I was with Julene’s cleaning of the property I started renting earlier this week. She did such a thorough job and it was really quite impressive how sparkling she got the oven looking! She brought a lovely energy into the house as well and I just felt that her hard work should be noted as I used to do cleaning myself!

GoogleWe bought a house that was marketed through Andrews Southville. Emma Willingham was brilliant. She communicated regularly and professionally and really tried to make a difficult sale as easy as possible. She was approachable and sympathetic throughout. We would seek to use their services when we sell.

GoogleLet an unsafe home which meant we weren't able to move in but informed us 2 days before we were meant to, leaving us homeless and haven't received deposit back let alone any compensation. AVOID.

Hi Seren, thank you for the feedback. Sorry that you felt the need to leave us a one star review. We have taken the time to look into this matter for you and you are correct we delayed your move into the property due to a large leak discovered two days prior to your move, therefore meaning the property became unsafe and as a responsible agent the only sensible option was to regrettably postpone your move.. Since then we have been actively working with your party to find suitable premises for you all. Upon receiving bank details from the lead member of your party (22nd February) we issued the return of your deposit, which we've been notified has been received. Unfortunately it was not safe to move you into a property due to factors beyond our (and the landlords control) and we will continue to work with you in order to help you find your new home where possible.
