We were sad to read of your dissatisfaction. Neither the owner or us as Agents were aware of the new clause the bock committee were adding to the lease, whereby sharers would no longer be permitted to let in the building. Again we apologies for any inconvenience it caused. The full holding fee was returned and additional accommodation was offered.
