GoogleResidential sales are a great team, Sam kept me updated through out my house purchase. She leased between the vendor and our solicitors and guided our progress up to exchange. A really good service , I would use this team to sell my house.

GoogleI really appreciate the help from Amy and Lucy they helped me a lot until my moving in date, especially because I needed a lot of documents to sort out, they were able to help tirelessly. Especially because I would keep calling nonstop and for literally any question I had in mind, but they showed no frustration. They responded to my every need anytime I would call, Thank you to the team at Your Move, but I’m very grateful for Amy and Lucy. GoogleAwful service. Take months to repair any issues with the house, for example we had a shower leaking through our light for 2 years, yet they will use blame the tenants. Also when you end a tenancy they will do everything they can to overcharge you and keep hold of your deposit, so be prepared to never see that money again when you start a tenancy.

GoogleI tried for so long to sell the house with different agents, Harry Nesbitt came along with a new found energy and attitude and within weeks my house was sold for the price I wanted. Utterly outstanding and I will always recommend him from now on!

GoogleWe bought our lovely new home with Your Move and even though at times the process was stressful for other reasons, Your Move were helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. Always quick to answer the phone and follow up on queries and always very friendly and professional. GoogleWe have just recently completed on a house purchase that was made very difficult by the tenant but sam and Jessica on the sales team have been fantastic and so helpful. They answered every question/ weekly phone call that we had even if they didn’t have the answers they would try there best to get me answers! Would deffo recommend using them!!

GoogleI am appalled by the poor customer service of this company. The employees working there, specifically one individual, were unfriendly, condescending and rude. They seem to be more money-driven than customer-driven. To add on, they provided no sense of clarity throughout the process as I often felt like a pest enquiring about something important. Communication was awful. I would never do business with them again. I never fulfilled my tenancy contract with them and I am glad. Not student-friendly at all!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleJust wanted to say what a great team at Your Move Southsea, all were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter could move into her uni student rental house as smoothly as possible.
