Just about to get the keys from the new flat that we found and rented from Your Move. Mel, Jenna and Jacky have been excellent to deal with and were very helpful. I'm looking forward to finally start living there. Update after moving out: We've been with Your Move for a few years and have nothing bad to say about them. They've always been reasonable and quick to sort out any issues we've had with the property. The best estate agents we've had so far!

Edit: Unfortunately I’ve had to drop my rating by 2 stars because I was treated very rudely by Harry. Thankfully the other staff in the office were very helpful after the fact and were lovely to speak to, and they solved my issue within 5 minutes. However, the experience was thoroughly soured by this interaction, and I cannot in good conscience maintain a 5 star rating of this company. Morgen did a fantastic job coordinating my move despite me being out of the country. From arranging video viewings and quick response times, this experience couldn’t have been smoother!

Samantha Morse at Your Move Southsea exceed all of my expectations from start to finish. When my property went on the websites it look great and we had many viewings which resulted in a sale at a very good price. It was a very quick turn around to a exchange and a completion. Samantha helped me with all paperwork and if anything need to be done she was on it straight away to make sure the process went smoothly for me. Informed the Agents we were out of area and we would have to come down specifically for the viewings (two properties). They arrived without a key, showed us the wrong property (neighbor let us in). We then queried the second property (the agent on the day was unaware we were seeing two). We were taken there after to find that the agent again did not have the key...
