Festering rotten food lying around with maggots and fly's in their thousands all over the kitchen and ground floor, pastas and cereals left in ground floor cupboards now housing rodents. Broken furniture, cloths and razors ear buds, un clean underwear on the floor, filthy dirty toilets and sinks. If we are not allowed to pursue you for the way you left this house then I suppose you wouldn't give us any stars, lets face it, you couldn't be bothered to clean up after you.. Lets see...... mmmmm the choice is: 1) Get the house back in a filthy state, pay for clinical disposal, pest control and contractual cleaning and repairs == NO STAR 2) Get the house back in a filthy state, pay for clinical disposal, pest control, contractual cleaning and repairs. Pursue for the works to be paid for and get the house back clean and ready for the next tenants == One star and no reason. I think I will go for option 2. Many thanks.
