I refused to buy through them. Horrible experience as a renter. Accused of false damage. They added erroneous charges, only admitted when challenged. Never responded to calls, emails, had to go in to speak to them. Why on earth would I give them the commission off my purchase. Terrible people. They don't give a toss once you've put pen to paper. Avoid at all costs.
