GoogleThis is the most honest review you will ever get of this place. I rented a flat with my wife and daughter for over a year using this estate agent. If you are a potential tenant I would recommend another estate agent. These guys are strict and will charge you to your last penny if you make mistakes. However, if you are a landlord look no further than Addison Townsend, these people will fight your corner, keep your property in the best of condition and make sure your tenants are suitable to be living in your property. Honestly, in future when I let out my property this place will be my first stop.

Dear Emrah, I am surprised to have received a 1 star review from you as we have not had any dealings with you since March 2025. You were a tenant of a property which Addison Townsend let to you in July 2024. Addison Townsend did not manage the tenancy and you vacated this property in March 2025. I understand during your tenancy there were disagreements between yourself and the landlord over the management of the condition of the property, however, Addison Townsend were not involved in any of these events. You then vacated the property without notice during the fixed term of your tenancy and the landlord made a claim against your deposit to recover missing rent and costs. This was adjudicated by the DPS and they found in favour of the landlord. I do understand you had disagreements with your landlord but to direct a 1 star review to Addison Townsend based on this sequence of events is misplaced. It should also be noted that Addison Townsend subsequently re-let the property and the landlord has received no complaints to the condition of the property from the new tenant since they moved in last year. We have called today to discuss this review but you stated you were at work and would not discuss a review you made in your personal time. We would appreciate if you would remove this review.
