GooglePretty awful estate agents..They lie to you about what the landlord is planning to do/fix whilst showing you round properties so be warned! They also lie about the fees you need to pay. As soon as we had paid the tenancy fees the amount suddenly increased by almost £100 and we had no choice but to pay it. They will say anything to make you sign up to a property so pretty awful service!!

GoogleI have found all staff of Tenant Direct to be exceptionally professional. We’ve been their tenants for last one year and they have always been helpful with snags at property. I particularly like their portal where you can record any concerns/ snags and they will promptly respond to advise and address the issue.

GoogleThe worst service ever!!! Inactive about replying emails. And the heater has been fixing almost for 1 month and issue of it still not been solved.
Hi Harper X, Please call our offices if you have an issue, if you are one of our tenants you will be aware of our online maintenance portal for reporting issues. We have been through our records of outstanding issues, all of which are digitally recorded and there is no outstanding heating problems to be attended to. If you are still having a problem please call us straight away and we will have someone out to take a look at it without delay. If we do not hear from you we will assume you have left a review for the wrong agency.

GoogleHi all very happy with tenant direct Could not have picked a better apartment It is right in the town centre, great night life and in a really good area, had a problem with a window but they came a sorted relatively quickly. I personally have no problems in recommending them I suppose its up to you which property you choose

GooglePlease be aware, you will lose some of your deposit from them getting a clean done after rental, moved into a smelly, mould ridden flat that we scrubbed and cleaned, lack of maintenance and support,

GoogleQuite surprised about the reviews on this page. Me and my five other housemates (all students) felt it was a smooth, easy and informative process and we are extremely happy with our house. They were keen to help as much as possible and contact the Landlord to pass information on. Overall very pleased with the service we have had.

GoogleAmazing and very helpful/friendly staff throughout renting a property! Never any problems with the property I was renting. GoogleTerrible service, been with them half a year and won't be staying for the next year. We've had our water be shut off, construction going on without us being told. People coming round without 24 hours notice. Don't go with this company if you want a reliable service.

GoogleMy contract was due to expire with Tenant Direct I was thrilled with the service I received from them. My tap broke and I had immediate response with them coming to sort it out for me. Just overall an excellent service I will be definitely renewing this contract.

GoogleUseless. Staff cannot complete the most menial of tasks, never spell check their emails and never call you back. Not to mention there is a huge admin fee for how little they actually do. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Utterly appalling
