GoogleUnprofessional Agency. Wasted our time and efforts in booking viewings. Lied about being able to rent to non-students. However, upon viewing arrival, only then were we told that the properties are only available for students. This was never mentioned prior to viewing bookings. Final reason was "we thought it was a mix of students and non-students seeking to rent". Completely unprofessional by Mustafa.

GoogleReally great landlords, always reply to queries instantly and resolve any issues asap (usually next day). Friendly and nice to rent from, we got our deposit back quickly at the end of the tenancy with no issues. Would recommend to family and friends too.

GooglePoswall have been great with myself and 3 flatmates who were searching for houses in first year uni. They were always friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of finding a house and helped us understand all the paper work. The house we are in now is amazing, being all new spec, with new furniture from a renovation of an older house. If we had any concerns or questions they would aways pick up the phone, and get it looked at by a professional as soon as possible. We decided to also use Poswall for finding our second year uni house. We have signed again with Poswall as they were great at finding a house that met all our needs, and again being professional and helpful with us. They answered our questions, and gave us time to make decisions. GoogleIn a world where dodgy landlords and agents are plentiful, Poswall Lettings has been an eye opener. They are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. They are available to contact at practically any time of day and they solve any issues you have immediately. My flat was lovely, well looked after and well built, such that the flat maintained heat during the winter. In addition, there was little ambient noise even though I was next to a main road. Importantly, each flat had its own boiler and good quality radiators, meaning gas and electricity bills were very cheap! If you are looking to rent in Southampton, I couldnt rate these guys any higher!

They were very easy to deal with; if you have a question or an issue you can simply send a text message and you'll hear back right away, and the issue gets taken care of. GoogleThe Landlord: I rented with Poswall for my final year at Solent University (2019/20). Ended up being the best landlord I've ever had. All communications were professional and polite. If I had any maintenance concerns, they were resolved within in a few days. Prompt to answer emails and was always easy to get in contact with and I received my deposit back in full at the end of my tenancy! The property: I lived in one of the top floor flats on Onslow Rd. The property was well maintained and modern, with 2 washing machines in the main hall and plenty of bins in a store room that was easy to access. The flat itself was a good size for just me as I was always in and out of the flat with lectures and activities to go to. The property felt secure and safe and was reasonably quiet for its location, as I had a flat overlooking the back and not the road. My only real complaint would be the neighbouring houses that had some noisy tenants, but that is of no fault of the landlords. Overall: If you are looking for a flat/house to rent while in Southampton, I could not recommend these guy more! If I ever more back into the city, its where I'm going to be looking first xDPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The landlord is extremely responsive to any questions/queries I have, and they are on top of maintenance all the time. The student property I'm currently staying in is extremely modern, spacious, and great value for money. I definitely recommend them!

GoogleI have rented from Poswall Lettings for nearly two years and the experience I've had pushes me to stay on for the next few years. All the staff are so helpful and understanding. Any issues, which there are little of, are dealt with quickly and efficiently. By far the best Lettings Agency in Southampton and I would 100% recommend renting from them!

GoogleMr Poswall is an excellent landlord! We’ve rented with him for 3 years and just signed on for a 4th. All his houses are beautifully furnished and worth every penny! He and the team are really knowledgeable about renting to students and always try to make the process as easy as possible. They respond to any problems we have within 24 hours and always do so with a smile on their face! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

GoogleI have had a wonderful experience with Poswall Lettings over the past 2 years. Never has a landlord been so responsive to my queries! The interior of the flat was clean and modern, much better than many student places I've rented at before. They were also on top of servicing/maintenance throughout the time I rented. Definitely recommend them!

GoogleBest landlord I've come across. All staff are friendly, helpful, and understanding. All issues were fixed promptly and at no extra cost to us. On the more expensive side for renting, but well worth it- I'm yet to see another Southampton landlord match the quality of the finish and attention to detail on their properties, or the level of care received throughout the tenancy. Would rent through Poswall again in a heartbeat.
