GoogleFirst time for us into the rental market as Landlords. Let's Rent guided us through the do's and don'ts and found our first tenant. They have taken away all he stress and strains that might otherwise have occurred and their charges are worthy of the professionalism they have provided.

The personal service and support they give makes the letting and selling process so much easier from start to finish. GoogleI first met Ben at Lets Rent around 2009, when a friend recommended him to find me a tenant for my flat. I've been with him and his team ever since. They are friendly, efficient and nothing seems to be too much trouble. On several occasions they've gone above and beyond expectations. Even my tenants commented on how good they are. In October 20017 I decided to sell the flat and asked them to sell it for me under their 'Let's Sell' brand. Again they have gone above and beyond and the sale completed easily with the minimum of fuss. Their rates were very fair and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone from buyers to landlords.

GoogleWe decided to use Let's Sell to sell our property and I have to say it was the right decision, our property was on the market for a very short time and we managed to sell to the first serious person to make an offer. GoogleI highly recommend lets rent to anyone renting a property, They are always friendly and very professional, we had no problems in the 2 and a half years we were with them. Any little problem they would sort it straight away, we only left the property as we needed somewhere bigger. Hands down the best letting agent we have ever used!!

They always helped me with any issues I had, and worked hard to try and make sure my landlord sorted problems swiftly. I would highly recommend them as an agency, and if you're looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleI was clearing out my inbox when I came across an email from you suggesting I write a review. I was a tenant back in 2016 but I can never forget how you sent me a £300 cleaning bill after telling me how immaculate the house was only a few days earlier for a viewing - and I hadn't even started cleaning as I did when the furniture was later moved out. You zoomed in on a bread crumb left when I lifted the microwave and a shadow of the tree outside on my living room to make a case with the DPS that there were stains on the carpet and the house was unclean. Really? Stains on the carpet of the immaculate house? You needed to zoom in on a bread crumb and cleaning that costs £300? I shouldn't have listened to you to just leave the keys inside, and instead should have been there and sorted check out in person, so fake pics may not be taken. You couldn't meet me at the time convenient to me and I didn't think I shouldn't trust you. It may have been years ago but I can never forget what you did to me - you clearly have a thing going with some 'cleaning' company to send me that kind of bill for a thoroughly clean house. Perhaps if I have time I should have this investigated again...I wish I wasn't reminded of this experience though. Hope it was worth it Ben. Best Meron.
