I have never experienced such a lovely guys from a lettings company before. We were well assisted from start until the we moved in. On the field we had Sam (agent) who is very nice, he guided us to all the process we have to take and assisted us in every way. Having never previously sold a property through the Auction Process at first I was very hesitant, but my fears were short lived. Vicki James from the Llangefni office was most professional in all areas including fully explaining the Auction process, formulating the guide / reserve price, keeping me updated on customer viewing's etc. I must also mention Jamie @ Charlotte from the Holyhead office who kindly undertook all of the viewings. Needless to say I would not hesitate to recommend Williams Goodwin all Wales Auction department to other owners / potential purchasers.

We can’t thank Alex enough for his incredible support and efficiency after we experienced water damage in January. From the moment we reported the issue, he took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. He coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. He even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it). Alex’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. We truly appreciate his efforts!
