I have been extremely impressed with the service and professionalism provided by this company, particularly Benjamin. What stands out most is that Benjamin genuinely goes above and beyond when dealing with property matters. He is not someone who simply sits behind a desk and delegates problems, he is prepared to get physically involved, attend to issues personally and make sure they are properly resolved. At the same time, he has a very strong understanding of the regulatory and legal requirements involved in property management. He ensures that matters are handled correctly and in accordance with the relevant regulations, while still taking a practical and common-sense approach to resolving issues. As a property owner living abroad, having someone I can genuinely trust to look after my property gives me "peace of mind". Knowing that Benjamin is keeping an eye on things, responding when issues arise and ensuring the property is properly cared for means I do not have to constantly worry about what is happening from a distance. His professionalism, responsiveness and hands-on approach are exceptional and worth ever penny in fees charged I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company to any property owner looking for a reliable, professional and genuinely hands-on property management service.

Decent enough during the tenancy, but the end-of-tenancy experience was very poor. Deposit return took six weeks. Cleaning and gardening works charged, which we disagreed with, happened in the days immediately before new tenants moved in, looked far more like turnover prep than remediation of anything we left behind. Communications about the DPS submission were inconsistent from one day to the next. We accepted the deductions in the end only because formal adjudication wasn't worth the hassle for a few hundred pounds.
