I am a customer for a long time here and I can only say the best about these fine people. The bad reviews are probably from the competition, because I can't believe someone would actually say anything bad about them, they are the best and that is only correct thing written here.

Good selection of everything plus you can use electric wheelchairs if required

Always seen to visit when visiting or student son in Southampton! To many people!

A big store with a lot of varieties available
5/5
Large store with plenty of options for purchases. Car park is below the store and has height restrictions, however there is ample parking for the venue.

I never had a direct experience with the Kings estate but when I was looking for renting property, I see their posts and ad for a property. I noticed many times they always quotes higher and then reduce the price of the property. This happened for my old property which don’t even fits more than 2 can stay but advertise that as large 2 bedroom property.

A very pretty town in the South of England. The town and its surroundings are well worth a visit.

Too expensive but otherwise perfect

Won't be shopping here again. Went just a little over on the parking doing the xmas shop and got a PCN. I'll be taking my custom and money to somewhere that appreciates customers and gives more than 2 hours to get around when busy.

No one on the checkout lanes - went there at 8am on a Tuesday. I just plonked it all on the 1st checkout and eventually someone came to bleep it through. Seemed like I wasn't wanted? Like they didn't really want to manually scan my £80 shopping. Not sure they, the shop workers realised they have AI more advance than the human brain, robotics more agile than the human body and so, by using the checkout I'm hoping I can starve of redundancy for them. Also keep paying in cash, once CBDCs come in no cash, no freedom. But the opposite in Iceland - no self checkouts, actual real humans wanting your custom.

Order if importance 1Health and safety. Mainly satisfactory.. A few staff members mainly aged 17 to 20 are not quite as careful regarding stacking fruit/veg perishables and in haste do not maintain safe pathways when discarding cardboard boxes during stacking procedures 2 Recent management decisions to reduce the staffed tills lean heavily to wage priority rather than consideration of elderly or less able customers who want to enjoy a "people friendly" and less stressful CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. 3 STAFF OVERALL ARE VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF PRODUCT LOCATIONS AND WILL SEEK ADVICE FROM MANAGERS ON ISSUES WHICH NEED CLARIFICATION. SO A COUPLE OF POINTS THAT CAN BE TWEEKED ACROSS THIS STORE.

Okay, so get this: I recently signed up for a nectar card; and at the same time I downloaded the smart shop app. Before my physical nectar card arrived, I was able to link my electronic version to my smart shop app. Today we went and tried it out, and it made shopping so much easier (a real breeze, if you catch my meaning). I scanned items on my phone and popped them in bags as we went around, and then just sent my total to the self-service checkout at the end and paid... No need to swipe my nectar card because the points had already been awarded! Plus, in this particular Sainsbury's, there's a really good selection of halal meats, and all for a reasonable price too. I was in heaven on this trip!

There are vast range of collections available, very good supermarket with many more isles and sections stocked up with lots of good and best products. The sainsbury supermarket provides nectar points which can be collected on purchases by scanning your nectar card. Based on the points you can claim rewards and also nectar points works with other partnership stores as well. It's very convenient to the location surround portwood area, Bitten park, waitrose, etcetera. There are amazing offers at many occasions, never miss them because it's more affordable to buy at correct time. They also offere online services which are useful to get notified about the combos and offers. If you are looking for good quality products then sainsbury is one of the best stores you can visit and they are stocked up with new products everyday. The customers service is quite amazing and wonderful maintenence with precise supervision, The staff members are really friendly and will help to find any products and will guide us on the product's allergens. To give a overall rating I'll give them 10 / 10, I'm really happy with their cleanliness, stock management and availability of the store at everytime I visited to purchase something and I always find the expected products.

Great selection, slightly chaotic and busy in the evenings.

Literally the worst of the UK supermarkets, why is it they always employ old, grumpy, miserable people? Why do they never stock their shelves? Why am I paying 20-50p more for things than any other shops? Just go Tesco or Co Op. #SainsosIsDead

such a terrible letting agency. they are rude. dont get work done on time and the person who answers the phone should be fired. He is so unprofessional at answering calls. They do not care about the properties they sell, just here for the comission
Dear Mr Pearce, Thank you for your review and I am sorry you feel you were not provided with the service you felt you should have received. Having checked through correspondence I can see we were actually the ones chasing paperwork on numerous occasions which was never returned by the prospective tenants. I do not appreciate you suggesting staff should be fired, perhaps this review is more of a reflection of yourself and your character rather than the service Kings Estates provide. All the best, Kings Estates

Pretty standard Sainsbury's, has good underground parking, and decent pricing. Also has a large clothing and household items section and an Argos collection point. Also if you park in the Sainsbury's carpark you can walk down the high street.
