This is the second time Eastons have moved my mum within the space of three years. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. They are professional, friendly and intune with their clients needs. Helped mum out first time with getting in the correct professionals to fix the broken down boiler without charging stipid prices. When a company doean't have to advertise you know you're onto a winner. Their removal charges are spot on (unlike some other companies). We first used a high street estate agent chain and were unimpressed. We changed to Easton who have a very good local reputation and can say that they are well worth the extra half percent, Glenn acted really quickly and professionally to put our house on the market, a brilliant service. Thanks to him we were introduced to a property that was being rebuilt and fitted our needs well. I have just moved house from Hampshire to the West Coast of Ireland. Unsure of who to trust with moving my property and went with Eastons on the advice of my estate agent. I'm really glad that I did. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I was given a quote and reassured that there wouldn't be any hidden costs. Adam and Tony arrived at the time they promised and within a short space of time my stuff was on it's way. Unlike many other companies they provide a door to door service so your property isn't going to be stored for weeks on end for one reason or another. My property arrived the next day undamaged, still boxed and wrapped and was off loaded by Adam and Tony. I have to say that I have quite a lot of gym equipment which meant that they had to bring a pickup truck over too because of the weight. I wasn't charged any extra for this. Top level service, top people. They definitely took the stress of moving my property to another country away. Use Eastons.

Their attention to detail and their can do attitude is tremendous. They took on a house clearance and a couple of hundred miles removal for us without a hitch. They came before the clearance so that they had an idea of what was to go and then took direction for other things on that day well about what was and wasn't to go. Very reasonable cost involved for this. They did a packing service for us as well as the removal service and they did this without complaint and were always careful with the items. They did this over two days to give themselves time to do the amount of work necessary. They were offloading into storage so packed the stuff into the storage containers as well as they could for the amount of stuff being moved. Again, the guys did this without complaining and in really rubbish weather, cold and rainy. So I do happily recommend Easton Removals, they get the job done and give you real advice and talk to you rather than at you. They also take the time to determine what is needed, not the quick scan around and proforma price tag and then the oh we didn't know about that bit that other removal services can and often do. The clearance service too was very useful and and if you have stuff to get rid of that you can't shift yourself then consider Easton for that too. Thanks guys for doing a great job!

I have had two removals recently with Eastons - one for my 3 bedroom house and one for the contents of a storage unit to join my current home. The team dealt with my ridiculous amounts of hoarded stuff in good time. I could then use the rest of the day to unpack and sort out and still have time to cook the kids tea. They were friendly and efficient and the cost was reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to all the team at Easton Residential for really pulling out all the stops to help me when I was faced with a sudden need for removals and storage space. When my house purchase fell through recently and I had to continue with the sale of my property I needed urgent storage space so I could move into temporary accommodation until I find a new house to buy. Vas and Kevin really went above and beyond to help me in a desperate moment of need and organised everything for me. As for Adam and Mark, the two guys who did the actual lifting and shifting they were amazing and extremely helpful, polite and professional.I'll definitely be using you guys again and will be recommending you to anyone I know who needs removal work. I had a terrible experience with Eastons. We tried to rent a property that was advertised as 'available immediately'. Only when we turned up for a viewing, we were told there was a problem with the flooring, and it needed to be replaced, but work was in the pipeline'. Over the following weeks, I was never contacted by Eastons. I had to do all the phoning/emailing with any updates, where they seemed to invent stories about quotes of flooring materials etc... They were fast to take my admin/reference fees of £240, but then just sat there while the floor was never replaced. After nearly a month we were no closer to moving in, so I had no choice but to rent elsewhere. They like to treat you as if you're a lesser person, and I was not happy with their service, especially during one phonecall. I strongly suggest caution before using them.
