GoogleEastons have done us proud. We had a house to sell and they provided an exceptional service. We were always kept up to date and the communication flow was easy and frequent. When hard decisions had to be made they were honest and helpful. They also offer advice on an ample suite of additional services for whatever is needed. We cannot thank Glenn and the team enough and recommend them to anyone buying our selling a house in the area.

GoogleSadly a very poor experience. Glen was rarely available and 2 of his staff were very rude and condescending in his absence. We were given poor advice during our purchase which is costing us dearly. Be super careful if you choose Eastons but I'd suggest elsewhere

During our difficult time of having to move our 86 year old dad out of his retirement village flat because mum was moved to a care home, the Easton team came in, packed everything and completed dads move. GoogleWhat a superb team with excellent local knowledge. They gave good advice from the outset and I quite literally left the sale of my property entirely to Eastons. From there on I had next to no involvement as they dealt with everything professionally and without fuss. I was kept fully up to date at every stage and my property was sold in record time. It is worth mentioning that the office also has a lovely friendly atmosphere, with every single member being an absolute delight to deal with. That speaks volumes!

We were very happy that we chose them to sell our house as they were always prepared to go that extra yard to provide a helpful, professional service.

GoogleGlenn Jackson and his team have provided excellent service in selling our house. They are assiduous with ever detail and communicate quickly and clearly on whatever the next step might be. Their knowledge of all aspects of property is without rival. We used their removal team also and they were friendly professional and efficient. We aim to be moving again in a couple of years and Eastons is the business we will be using for all aspects of our move. I cannot speak more highly of them - they are the best.

FacebookWe have have moved addresses twice in the last 13 years with Easton Residential as our estate agent and used their removals company to take care of moving our belongings. They were absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend them. Due to a problem out of our control, Glen of Eastons and Jill our solicitor at Parker Bullen pulled out all stops to make sure the contracts were exchanged and the sale completed so everyone in the chain could move on the planned day. We highly recommend Easton Residential.

GoogleRecently used them to move us from a big house to a smaller one. They were fantastic. There were a lot of lorry loads to fill and they barely stopped working all day, only breaking to have a couple of well-deserved mugs of tea and coffee. The care they took to make sure they didn't bang into walls etc was superb. The guys were friendly and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. I'm glad we used them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They dismantled an awkward bookcase, beds, cupboards then reassembled everything in the new house rather than leaving us to do it. The team absolutely cleared the garage, shed and greenhouse and had no issues with moving our many large flower containers. Due to covid 19 we were unable to empty the house as we had planned, the team did this for us at short notice and for a reasonable price which reduced our stress levels considerably. GoogleOver the last 5 years I have rented through Eastons residential and I have ended up with many issues finding the right home for my family. The Eastons team especially Zoe have time and again gone out of their way to help and support us in finding the right home. The staff have become more like friends or even family. As a tenant it's rare to find an agency who cares as much for their tenants as they do for the landlords.
