Totally furious.. I receive a marketing leaflet through the door informing me they over achieved 115.4% of market price on property I have just purchased.. Using photos of my property and no agreement to do… GDPR etc broached and property shown to be over paid for.. So will I go back to sell with them NO… Bad practise and legally wrong to do….

I recently had problems with my rental property, I contacted head office and spoke to a lovely lady called Sophie, she went out of her way to help me, she referred me to one of their property managers called Hayley who sorted everything out for me. She was always in contact with me either by phone or email whilst sorting out the problem. I would definitely recommend Beals Estate Agents whether renting or buying.

I had five valuation on my property they all came out with the same price and fee, but one stood out from the rest james at havant branch with his excellent knowledge of the area and being a agent for such a long time we felt this is person that we want to sale through. He and his team where amazing they kept us update from start to finish . Anyone that wants to sell in havant please call this guy .
