He is warm and friendly while being professional and clear. It made me feel good about working with Beals during this difficult time of transition for me. Myself and my partner Kate bought our first property and Beals were the Estate Agents involved.I was very happy with my experiences when it concerned Daniel Black and Brett Gamblin. They were very quick and helpful to answer our queries and resolved any complaints we had.Unfortunately at times the completion date did move back (which is not Beals doing of course) but Brett did follow up on things very quickly and kept us posted which was great!Our main complaint during our experience with Beals was having explicitly told one of the staff at Beals (who wished to discuss Mortgage Protection Insurance via one of their own finance brokers) that before booking anything in I would need to speak to my partner. My partner was then called to book something in behind my back which did cause some complaints from myself.I did get an apology which was the main thing.However despite this, very good indeed!

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of Beals Southampton Shirley branch. From first contact , Ollie & Tristan have acted very swiftly and delivered a sales package & plan that allowed us to act in haste when time was of the essence. Both Tristan and Ollie have been a pleasure to deal with as well as the rest of the team who I have found to all be very responsive and helpful. If you are looking to sell/buy or rent a property then I'd highly recommend using Beals.

GoogleWords can't express my heart filled appreciations with all what Beals Estate Agent, Shirley Road did for me. Have searched and viewed houses with all other agency platforms. It is either I don't like the house or the agency have preferences. This is not the case with Beals. Muhammad Hussain's customer relation and professionalism should be studied! He made the process so easy and stress free, while following necessary procedures as expected. I am very grateful..I have started giving referrals which I will still continue to do.
