TrustpilotVery Good Service from beginning to end
I advertised my house for sale through Beals in June 2021 and although my first buyer fell through, I quickly received another offer which has now just completed after only a couple of months. I dealt with Daniel Back who was very efficient and kept me up-dated at all times and also recommended the solicitors to me and a realistic price that I should be advertising at. I was also very impressed with Nancy who took the photos and Lucy who dealt with a short-term tenancy agreement for me. I will definitely use Beals again in the future.

TrustpilotProfessional service
I found a property that fits my purpose, did a viewing and decided to go forward with this tenancy. Muhammad helped me secure the property and was a great negotiator. I then continued some of the paperwork with Adrian who was very professional and cooperative. They both understood my needs and acted patiently on that basis. They never ignored a call, follow up and update prospective tenants promptly. Beals Shirley is very organized office and I highly recommend doing business with them.

THANK YOU! We cannot thank Lucy enough for the hassle free sale of our house. Beals we’re great through and through and would most certainly use them again, all because of Lucy. Her knowledge and experience, along with her fabulous personality made selling our family home stress free. At the time, what we were buying fell through so she helped us with renting somewhere to see the sale go through. I was also very emotional about selling the home and she couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t have any qualms buying or selling in the future if it can be handled from start to finish by Lucy.

Lucy restored my faith in Estate agents! Having had some pretty bad experiences with estate agents previously I was not looking forward to selling my house during an already stressful time in my life however thanks to Lucy the whole sale was handled perfectly. She was knowledgeable, understanding and went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy and looked after at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend her and beals and cannot thank her enough.

TrustpilotDarren was absolutely amazing
Darren was absolutely amazing, it was our first time doing both transactions, selling and buying. With the lack of property out there meant deciding to put ours on the market was nerve racking but Darren assured us it would put us in the best position possible and that Beals would help every step of the way, they took care of the whole process.Darren made us feel comfortable, but his charming, fun whitty personality also made the transition so much fun, now who’s ever said that. Couldn’t recommend Darren and Beals enough

Jessica bishop. Was our letting agency provider. she tried her hardest to work with our challenging shift pattern in order to help us move efficently. She helped us to involve our son with the process so he felt included with the decision to move homes and was always able to take a call when required. Couldnt be happier with the new place and service jessica helped us secure.
