GoogleWish I could provide them 0 stars. Below are the reasons: 1. They handed over a 2 Bedroom rental unit (prior to Christmas - 18 Dec 21) without ensuring the unit's movable status. The unit was so dirty and unlivable that I had to stay 5 days in a hotel until they made it generally cleaned after a few attempts on 24 Dec 21. Imagine my Christmas. 2. They never provided me with any inventory list. 3. The White goods were provided to me after 15 days. 4. They provided the keys to Landlord's Selling agent and they entered the unit with the keys during my presence without even knocking on the door. They even didn't know that the legal tenant is living there. Beals didn't inform them properly regarding this. This is a major privacy breach act. I'll never use them for renting or buying. GoogleDealing with them was fine for sorting the property out but some of their staff may need to brush up on what's normal and what's actually possible. Also they might want to express some interest in the state of the properties that they represent. So much condensation that your windows are completely soaked every day is not normal and according to one of their agents it's impossible to get rising damp in a flat. Here's a picture that shows otherwise.

GoogleThe rental process with Beals has been seamless, right from the viewing, to picking up the keys! The online platform is user friendly, the contact with the agents has been a pleasure. Suman and Aisha, who my Nan and I have been dealing with, have been brilliant.. Fun, friendly and professional! I contacted Beals to sell a property which was subject to probate. The manager Carly came to inspect the property. She was very pleasant and open and we agreed a price and put the property on the market.Before and after each viewing I was contacted by a member of staff from Beals by telephone or by e mail informing me of the visit. The property was available to see on line within a few days. Jade and Hannah did most of the viewings and always contacted me after each viewing with information and feedback. The property was sold subject to contract and during this process a member of staff from Beals continued to contact me by e mail with updates. I was very pleased with the level of service provided by Beals and would say ‘ Top marks for communication’. Would recommend .

Terrible service. The house has multiple faults in multiple rooms. There was a mould treatment in almost all rooms recently - which we had been waiting over a year - they didn't tell us how long it would take. During this process they ripped out the kitchen radiator and have not put it back, and once they finished the damp proof, the didn't repaint over the concrete, so now we have huge patches of unpainted wall all across the bottom floor; to top it all off, parts of the walls are still damp. This is only one concern of multiple. Furthermore, we have numerous leaking pipes, due to this some of the floor lamination in the kitchen is stained and dirty, and in possible extension of this, the upstairs toilet flush is faulty. We have not heard anything back about fixing these issues of over three months. We've rented this house for 4 years and it's not been a pleasant experience. We are a family household living with children here.

From my first phone call to Beales estate agents in Bitterne, I knew I had made the right decision in engaging them in the sale of my Mothers property.Carly Gale met me, and was just so very professional.Suggested a price to market the bungalowWe went to Market and had an offer within a few days, unfortunately this fell through.So it was not long before we had more viewings and in no time at all the place was under offer again.This time was plain sailing with Tracy Spurrier, keeping me informed as to the progress at all times.Even chasing up the solicitors to make sure things were happening.I do have another property to sell in the next 12 months.So will definitely be contacting Beales of Bitterne again!!
