I had been with a different agent for a couple of months with no success I asked Galaxy Properties to also list my property and they had viewings lined up straight away, and I had accepted an offer within two weeks! Throughout the whole process they were at the end of the phone if I needed them and always kept me informed. I would highly recommend Galaxy properties if you are planning to sell your property or Want to Rent either you wanna buy they are really helpful

Google5 star rating does not suffice the amount of stars i want to give this real estate. Extremely helpful staff and very good service is provided by them. They listen to what you need and deliver the best. Especially Mr. Sumit singh and Miss Saloni have been very kind to me and helped me find the right property and been in constant touch to get all the works done before handing over the keys.

GoogleSumit provided excellent and exceptional customer service from start to end, with regular follow ups. Even for the smallest problem he addressed it immediately and ensured full satisfaction. He ensured that the property, that was rented, was of a high standard. Galaxy Real Estate provided excellent, express service; In the space of 2 working days, I was able to move into my chosen property. I am extremely impressed and highly recommend them.

GoogleI am very disappointed with the staff, I called to see a property, they told me that I have to send an email and then I will be called within 24/h, I waited for 3 days and then I tried to call again but no one answered.The staff is very rude and unprofessional!

We try our best to keep in touch with each and every applicant, however we hope you understand that there are only so many people we can contact for a single property within the limited time we have. We apologise that we were not able to get in touch for the property you took interest in and hope to avoid such mishaps in the future.

The complete antithesis of a trustworthy, reliable, and professional estate agents.Initially Galaxy Real Estates ignored my online form request for a valuation therefore I can only assume they are inundated with sales and don't need the work! After all, as an estate agent Its never a good thing to have too many sales. I then chased them up with a call re: the valuation (On behalf of an elderly lady). When they cared to answer the phone in the Sales Dept, to my surprise they did indeed see my request online but had no answer to as why it was not followed up. I was even promised a call to arrange a viewing that evening by 6:30pm. (A whole day after the appointment was made online). Incredible! However, yes you've guessed it! Galaxy Estates Sales dept. did not have the decency to even make that call when they said they would.I guess I will chalk it up to not being their 'desired' clientele!Oh, and they get a one star review for answering the phone!
