GoogleI would like to say a big thank you to ash who went an extra mile to get my morgage done after a morgage was decline due to us getting a bank bounce loan, it has been a very tough journey as many banks have been rejecting fulough schemes buyers and bank bounce. Ash did not give up she was very clear what she use to say always kept us updated and always made sure she answers clearly to the bank to get our morgage. Thank you for putting my hopes high i would definitely recommend my friends and family to come to you guys .

GoogleThe complete antithesis of a trustworthy, reliable, and professional estate agents. Initially Galaxy Real Estates ignored my online form request for a valuation therefore I can only assume they are inundated with sales and don't need the work! After all, as an estate agent Its never a good thing to have too many sales. I then chased them up with a call re: the valuation (On behalf of an elderly lady). When they cared to answer the phone in the Sales Dept, to my surprise they did indeed see my request online but had no answer to as why it was not followed up. I was even promised a call to arrange a viewing that evening by 6:30pm. (A whole day after the appointment was made online). Incredible! However, yes you've guessed it! Galaxy Estates Sales dept. did not have the decency to even make that call when they said they would. I guess I will chalk it up to not being their 'desired' clientele! Oh, and they get a one star review for answering the phone!

GoogleI recently engaged with Galaxy Real Estates to find a rental property. From the outset, the service was less than satisfactory. The agents seemed disorganized and often rescheduled viewings at the last minute, causing significant inconvenience. The properties shown did not match the criteria I had provided, wasting a lot of my time. When I voiced my concerns, the response was dismissive, and the agents seemed uninterested in addressing the issues. The lack of professionalism and attention to client needs was evident throughout the process. It's disheartening to see such a lack of care and understanding from a service provider. I would not recommend Galaxy Real Estates for those looking for personalized and attentive service..

GoogleIm shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

All the people I’ve dealt with including (Harry , Ash And Sumit) at Galaxy are truly professional yet at the same time so friendly, caring & responsive - nothing is too much trouble. No other estate agent would have done what they did for me - I can’t recommend them highly enough
