Very good communication

Galaxy kept us updated throughout the whole purchasing process. We were given main contact numbers and even whilst Himani was on holiday we were given other contact details. Great service, highly recommended

On Friday my husband andI had a very informative chat with Pawan about our potential house sale. I liked the fact that he was very chatty and seemed to understand what we required. I gave us some good advice and we will be making our decision on whether to put our house on the market or to rent next week. Thank you for your help Pawan and we look forward to working with you in the near future. Lucy Larkins

The WORST of the worst. They let us down with the everything possible. Viewings rearranged, no shows, the handover with weeks and weeks of last minute rearrangements again, then showing no interest when it came to maintenance problems that would be their responsibility as per the contract. They also advertise lots of properties that are long gone off the market.

My name is Ravinder Singh, in touch with Guri for past 3 weeks. Any new shops come he calls me gives me the priority. If I like it I view it if I don’t I explain to him why it’s not good for me. Even today he called me saying he got shop in Birmingham without post office, but it’s a bit far for me, but shop looks good with sale and price.

Don’t waste your time.

I have made numerous attempts to contact this company as they have a vacant commercial property that I WAS very interested in renting. I tried various emails & telephone numbers. Left numerous messages / correspondence & at no point did anyone get back to me.

I have to say the way Maneet handled everything really stood out. He provided all the information upfront, kept communication clear, and made sure I understood what was needed. Even though the work didn’t go ahead, that level of professionalism and attention to detail is what makes a company stand out. Would be happy to work with them in the future!

My experience with Galaxy Real Estate’s commercial team has been absolutely incredible. The process was fast and Simple, keys were handed over after viewing was exceptionally stress free and quick. A big thank you to Kev, for not only providing construction jobs on commercial sites, but for getting my unit sorted at a good price. Would definitely recommend galaxy to anyone looking for commercial units or warehouses.
