Thank you to everyone on the Sunfield estate in Wilmslow for making moving into our new home such a positive experience. Everyone we have come into contact with, from builders we have passed on the road to contractors coming into the house, have been so polite. There is building works to the front and back of our house but we have never been affected by this, thanks to the professionalism of everyone on site. Everyone who has come to the house to resolve any snags has come on time and have been very respectful of a sleeping baby too! Special thanks to Julie, Phil and Charlie for all their hard work thus far; we really are very grateful

The site management are always on hand if needed. And the site office staff are really welcoming. Very good build quality, just minor snagging required.The site is still under construction as is the bypass on the north side. The wider area of the Wyre is nice countryside with the more retail shopping/entertainment on the Blackpool side of Poulton. Overall a positive experience being here for only two weeks.

They arrived early, cracked straight on with the job with no messing about and got it done and dusted. We’ve had Ben out a few times to fix the odd job but we cannot fault either one of them. Very professional, very knowledgeable and a great pair of lads. Thanks for your hard work guys and for getting it all sorted for us so close to Xmas!

Still waiting on our garden Snagging list had contractors turn up 3 times and do nothing , have now reported this to NHBC as getting no information back from a very poor customer service.Our ceilings look like a underground map because they only tape joints and nails falling out was told by a director of Jones Homes this is for us to repair and pay for , I asked him to leave my house as I cannot deal with idiots.Also roof tiles came off and nearly damaged my car called customer service same old blah blah.If I do not get any satisfaction I shall be taking legal action as I have paid only a half a million for my home and the building standards are poor Gary Andrews28 Walnut Tree Grove Kent ME3 9YB

Where to begin............my wife and I have written a couple of reviews about Jones Homes......all negative due to the very poor build quality to our House. We did not expect this when we parted with £325000. But the reason I am writing this review is that nearly 3 weeks ago we have had to have a drain put in the garden due to water pooling by the patio doors and we have now found that the en-suite shower was plumbed in incorrectly which has led to water leaking through the downstairs hallway ceiling. This means tiles to be ripped out, shower tray and partition too. This has already been done twice. Only started using the en-suite shower in December. Some 14 months after moving in.......We have had no correspondence in regard to when these repairs are going to take place. I feel that Jones Homes now find us to be a boil on their backside. Better to ignore us and hopefully we will go away....Ain’t going to happen Jones Homes......!.The amount of issues we have experienced with this house are to numerous to list, so I am going to setup a facebook group with all the photos, videos and messages we have accrued over the past 15 months so that other owners and potential owners can have a place to support, gather information and interact with each other and to air their own experiences with others in a similar situation. The Jones Homes Customer Care was great. But maybe the amount of issues with other customers might be starting to pile up and getting to much for the department to handle...

Should any customer have a specific enquiry, we would encourage them to contact us directly and we will work with them, subject to reasonable access to resolve issues in line with their warranty.It should be noted that with the recent storms and excessive wet weather, the water table is unnaturally high and newly laid land drains do need time to settle and work effectively. We paid xtra premium for a wild flower meadow view and ended up with a mud bath! So many issues with house from flooring to leaks to plaster needing replacing to faulty garage door to door framesPaid extra for floor which has lifted and the floors sank in one area Customer services good but you have to hound them then they get fed up of you. Chris is though a star but I bet he has lots of issues to sortMy main bug bare that is not sorted is the bog that is called a wildflower meadow! For goodness sake put a fence around it! so many people are driving over it! It’s awful to look at outside ur window! On intial look seems premium but not sure I’d buy new again

DO NOT BUY A JONES HOMES!!!!!Cowboy builders who couldn't care less once they've got your money in their bank. We had a terrible experience from the start, with pushy sales, misinformation on the assisted move which cost us £1,000.00 more than it would have done to sell out house with a local estate agent and missing extras we paid for months in advance. Now 3 months of being in our house we still have a snagging list as long as my arm. Jones homes have been out to see us 7 times and all the issues have either not been touched or made worse. I'm having to take unpaid time off work and half of the time they don't even turn up. They fob you off and are only out for themselves. I could keep going on about our experience and how bad they are, but I would be here for days writing my review.

Terrible company. We have had so many issues with our house, render cracking, flooding, staircase is falling apart, window and door handles all falling off, poorly fitted flooring (just a few of the issues). This is not just a 1 off, all the neighbours have also had the same issues. The products are cheap, the workmanship is poor and the customer service is even worse. We have issues raised on snagging before our 2 year end date that are ongoing and Jones Homes are refusing to do anything about. Even though the fault is with Jones for dragging it out because they dont get things done, you have to chase constantly. They couldn't care less once they've received your customer satisfaction survey. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. AVOID.
