Absolutely Outstanding From Day 1 and Beyond..

Jones homes have been exceptional from the day we moved in 3 months ago now.We relocated from Jersey so had a huge move to deal with and they really have made the process run as smooth as anybody could ever wish for.Having developed properties myself, I’m all too aware that a hand built product will inevitably have some settling issues and a few cosmetic defects, thereby it’s more how these are dealt with when they came to my attention.At every single stage, any issue I’ve had has been dealt with in great time and resolved to a fantastic standard.From the sales process to moving in and anything myself and my family have encountered in the past 3 months, Jones Homes have gone above and beyond at every stage to ensure our satisfaction and continued trust in them.We’ve now been dealing with Chris in the customer services team regarding the last couple of minor cosmetic defects and his customer service, exceptionally polite attitude and efficiency are outstanding.I’d like to say a huge thank you to Terri, Houyam and Victoria for making the sales process run as smoothly as possible and also Stuart the contracts manager, Mick the site manager and all their team who have ensured at every stage we have remained nothing short of ecstatic with the service we continue to receive.Would I buy a home from Jones Homes again? Absolutely!Would I recommend Jones Homes to my friends and family? We’ve been doing so constantly!Myself, my wife and our little girl hope to have many happy years in our stunning new home and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

Wendy & David MitchellWe moved into our apartment at Sanctuary Mews approximately 3 months ago and have, today, had minor snagging jobs completed. This review would have received 5stars apart from the fact we experienced problems with Newhomes Solutions at the outset. In the end we dispensed with their services - sold our property independently - and were able to complete the purchase of our apartment.Throughout this procedure Julie, the site Sales Advisor was superb and kept us up to date with all developments which enabled matters to proceed smoothly. Similarly Mike Collens, the Site Manager, has been most helpful from day one. This, together with your excellent Clubhouse staff ( Jo and Mel in particular) has all resulted in our experience being a happy one.

Definitely recommend Jones Homes!

When I bought my apartment in Sanctuary Mews Handforth Dean, it was the first property I had purchased since my husband died and I was anxious about having to deal with everything on my own. However, from the first moment I met Julie Roberts at the sales office, the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Julie is an excellent sales representative, she knows every detail about each of the properties and is always happy to take time to discuss and explain all aspects of the sales process with you. She still continues to make sure I’m happy with everything and I can’t thank her enough. Since moving in to my home, there has been ongoing building work to other parts of the site but Jones Homes have done their utmost to keep everywhere clean and tidy, minimising the disruption to existing residents. The site manager, Mike, is always available to discuss any questions anyone has and is a real credit to the company.Overall, I am delighted I decided to purchase a Jones Homes property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT buy a Jones Homes Property

DO NOT buy a Jones Homes Property. Once they have your money, they don't care about the multiple house leaks, cracked render, wobbly staircase (list goes on). Even when the issues were highlighted in the snagging list, once your past 3 years (we are 4 years post purchase) they will continue you tell you thats its nothing to do with them even though the issues were previously highlighted. We will be taking Jones to small claims court for all the issues we've personally had to put right caused by Jones Homes cowboy builders and taking it further with NHBC like practically every property on this estate. Currently fixing our 3rd leak which has rotted en-suite walls and leaked into lounge where builders have cut the end off the shower tray and hid it behind the tiles. I will never buy a new build ever again. Certainly not from this company.

I’ve recently purchased my home in the Sunfield Estate in Wilmslow. From start to finish, Julie was absolutely incredible. Being a teacher means that talking during the school day is virtually impossible, but that didn’t stop Julie from being there for me. She would often call me after work or sometimes even on her way home to keep me updated on everything. Julie’s support made the entire experience so much smoother than I ever expected it to be. When my move-in day arrived, Julie was there to welcome me into my new home, which truly made the move-in day feel special.

Love our home on marbled white place but wondered if there was any junction road marking or slow 20 painted on the road or perhaps some sinage stating the 20 mph as speeds are dangerous now home are mainly fully occupied with families would hate for there to be a speed related incident , and also any update on the play area agacent the school thank you

New Home Experience

Staff at Jones Homes demonstrated excellent communication and patience during our buying process when it took longer than we planned due to issues within our chain. Prior to moving in, the handover meeting was clear and detailed and we were encouraged to ask questions if we had any. We received a very warm welcome on the day we moved in to our new home. Since moving in, any snagging issues so far have been either looked into and / or dealt with promptly. We have found all staff / builders we have come into contact with, extremely approachable and understanding, in particular Jas (in the Sales Office), Carl (Site Manager) and Brandon (Assistant Site Manager) have all been very helpful indeed and continue to be so. As for the site, we love the style of properties Jones Homes build especially as they put emphasis on the look of the houses and gardens, even planting shrubs in the front gardens to enhance the look of the estate.

Amazing

We are absolutely delighted with our new Jones Home that we moved into on the 15th September. We waited a long time for it after Beaumont Grange was first announced in 2020, but we wanted a woods facing Banbury on the second phase so it was a long wait but well worth it! We couldn't be happier with it, it's beautiful and just what we wanted. This is my second Jones Home as I moved from Arundel Park in the same village having lived there for nearly 10 years, and we've now upgraded to a bigger one together. The service again has been excellent and our sales adviser Philippa Ingram has just been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is fantastic at her job and also the loveliest person, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her over the last couple of years and she made things really easy. The after care so far has been great, Alan the site manager and Dave the assistant manager are great to deal with. Everyone is really nice, friendly and on the ball. Our new house is everything we wanted and is just beautiful, I'm sure we will be very happy here for many years to come.

Our experience at Westlow Heath Congleton.

We moved into our new house in August 2022 in Congleton. The sales team were excellent, whilst other builders at that time put obstacles in our way in the search for a new house, Jones showed lateral thinking and were helpful. At all stages through to completion, they were efficient and thorough and cannot be praised enough. The house is excellent, but like all new builds there were snags. They were dealt with by the site team who again were excellent, then latterly by Jones Customer Services. None were major, and all have now been completed. For me though I'd like to see more of a prevention rather than cure policy, and a more rigorous inspection regime could save a lot of wasted time and money. That said, the overall build quality is excellent and better than other major house builders we have experience with. We would buy another Jones Homes house, I feel that they are a company that genuinely care and want to provide a good product. Highly rated.

I cannot speak highly enough about…

I cannot speak highly enough about Penny at The Grange at the Last Drop, in Bolton. She has been so helpful from my initial visit to pick up a brochure on the site to most recently picking my kitchen, tiles and extras. Nothing is too much trouble and she keeps me informed on a regular basis. I’ve been extremely impressed with the level of service I have received along with the friendliness of Penny and the team.

Very disappointed in the after service…

Very disappointed in the after service - lots of broken promises of work to be done - now 5 months into new house and still chasing for work to be completed. Feels like once you have completed then they aren’t concerned about the aftercare. All the issues have put a real downer on our dream house.
