The Balgores team in the South Woodham office are a credit to the company overall. After having sold our house through them, we unfortunately encountered a number of setbacks that although extremely stressful were handled professionally. The team are diligent and proactive, keeping all parties involved throughout. Whilst all the team including Paul, Marie and Amy were fabulous, a special shout-out has to go to Tom whose customer service and marketing skills are exceptional. If you are in any doubt as to which agent is best to buy or sell a property through, then in our opinion Balgores will not disappoint.

Absolutely brilliant! Their service was outstanding from start to finish! They kept us updated, regularly checked in to make sure the process was going as we hoped, chased solicitors (sometimes hourly), answered our many questions... the list goes on - nothing was too much trouble. AND it was done during a pandemic so everything was that much harder to coordinate. They were on hand (and have been after completion) with helpful advice and truly made what could have been a difficult move, a walk in the park. Thank you to Paul and the team - in particular Marie, Amy, Tom and Lou. They were a total pleasure to deal with and would recommend them 100 times over. Thank you :)

With Balgores help, we were able to put our property on the market and it quickly it sold without any issue. I can't fault anyone on the team as they were all incredibly helpful with any queries I wouldthrow at themn. Not only that but the mortgage advisors Michael Gibbon and Mackensie Walkers were incredible and I would highly recommend using them as not only were we underestimating how much money we could borrow but we were able to calculate all the expenses which would come from this move and designate the necessary finances.

Balgores were amazing! If I ever buy a house again I know what estate agents I will be using!! (although I never plan to move again) They kept us sane throughout the whole buying process, they were constantly chasing solicitors for us on the buyers and sellers side. They went above and beyond to keep us informed in every way. I think in the end we were in contact with the whole office! Everyone was very accommodating, even through the difficult phone calls (seller putting the house back on the market). Clive and Paul knew how much we wanted our house and did everything to help us get it. My hat has to go off to Marie though who emailed us every day and kept us in the loop, the professionalism and excellent communication skills from her helped make the process that little less stressful! Lastly Amy and Tom were always happy to pass on messages and email me over any answers to my questions with the little details about the house. What an outatanding office. Thank you Balgores.

Every stage and every member of the team I dealt with was first class. Paul with putting our house on the market and helping us in search for our new house, Tom with his help with viewings, communications and offers and Marie who progressed the whole sale. Without Marie’s help I’m not sure we would of made the deadline and I’m sure we would still be waiting for an exchange. Michael and his team from Mortgage Advice Bureau have been amazing helping us through all parts of our mortgage and insurance. Nothing was too much and no question too silly! Would definitely recommend and after having experience in the past with other mortgage brokers, we will definitely be returning to Michael when we need to remortgage!
