FacebookMe and my boyfriend have happily and successfully moved into our first flat together with the kind help and patience that Goldfinch has gave to us, especially the person that has been dealing with it from the start, Paul Glover. He answered every single one of my questions, regardless of how ridiculous they sounded, as I was not aware of all of the specifics as a first time tenant. I would like to thank him personally for all of his help. We are extremely happy living here already.

GoogleI have used Goldfinch Estate Agents for close to ten years for the following: -Mortgage applications -Life Insurnance -Purchasing of properties in the South Tyneside area -Management of my but to let properties I have found their service to be exceptional and enjoy the personal touch of dealing with the same person each time. I have a dedicated Mortgage advisor and dedicate property manager at Goldfinch Estate Agents and always receive prompt replies to my enquiries. I will continue to use them in the future and often recommend them to friends and family.

GooglePoorly organised and totally unhelpful. Can't wait to be done with them, but they'll probably charge us for the privilege as per usual. Served notice due to landlords moving back into the country. (Neither GF nor our fault) Goldfinch spend two months sending completely inappropriate properties. We take something we don't want which is completely inappropriate or be homeless with our 18month old. We have to REPAY to have exactly the same checks done even though we already let through them. (Β£300) We have to pay to have a mandatory leaving inspection (Β£60) None of which we asked for. If we'd been terrible tenants who never paid rent on time or wrecked the place we'd probably be better off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LETTING AGENT TO ANYONE AT ALL. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.

FacebookOur experience with goldfinch estate agents was second to none. They dealt with the rental of our property and the service we received was excellent. All phone calls were always returned in a timely fashion, our property was very well presented in terms of.the description and the photographs. I was very happy with how quickly they found us a tenant. I would recommend Goldfinch Estate agents to anyone needing such a service.
