Today I collected the keys to my first property through Goldfinch! The experience has been made brilliant by the support of the Goldfinch team, in particular the service I have received from Kathryn has been absolutely amazing. Being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions throughout the process but Kathryn made everything seem so easy! Having just completed on our sale with Goldfinch I'd be extremely eager to recommend this Estate Agent to others. From start to finish all of the staff were extremely attentive to our sale and our needs. Communication was excellent throughout, and we felt like there was no loss in momentum from initial enquiry right through to completion day. This is the Third time I have used Goldfinch Estate Agents, and honestly would not go anywhere else, Fantastic service from everyone associated with the business. This Sale wasn't as easy and as straightforward, due to very poor Solicitors (not associated with Goldfinch), however Chloe who overseen my Sale from beginning to end was Outstanding, her knowledge and determination got everything completed. A big thank you to goldfinch for all there help with the purchase of mine and my boyfriends first property. A massive thank you to Kathryn from boldon Asda office who has been there every step of the way. We have been through a horrific journey but Kathryn kept us updated the whole way and I honestly believe we would not have done it without her. The money I have paid my solicitor should of gone to her because she has done more than anyone, she really did go above and beyond. Goldfinch should be honoured to have Kathryn working for them and I will definitely look forward to working with them in the future if we decide to move. I recently bought a house of Goldfinch (4 days before Christmas) everything from start to finish was very professional, you could tell they were working with their buyer and myself to help the sale go through. Constant communication above and beyond what I expected. Danielle at Boldon was fantastic as were all the staff in both branches. We received an excellent all round service from Goldfinch, we had been recommended them, the photographs of our house were very professional and we were front page of their monthly brochure, however the house had been snapped up in the first week and eventually had to go to sealed bids, which Karen at Goldfinch dealt with brilliantly. There were complications with the purchase however Karen kept it moving and I miss her daily calls ! Would I recommend Goldfinch ? Hell yeah !

I can't recommend Goldfinch enough, I rented through them for over four years and from the off it was an excellent experience. Any issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Used Goldfinch to sell a property, I was always kept well informed of the viewings/sale etc. and the original sale package was excellent (showed nearby schools, transport, and other amenities in the area) I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Even after the sale was complete I had a query about another matter which they were more than happy to sort out for me.
