GoogleI contacted Tim Russ about the sale of my cottage, which, due to its condition, was a potentially difficult cottage to sell and one which I was selling at a distance. From the outset, Dominic Foley was superb providing a good hour of advice about the different approaches we might adopt but was careful to recommend a preferred approach. This was unlike other agents in the area who did not respond or try engage. That approach worked and within a short period he had generated a significant amount of interest. Having received several offers, he carefully summarised each having ascertained each buyer's position. Having accepted one of the offers, he monitored the progress at very regular intervals, keeping me appraised on a frequent basis including passing all other new offers received. Overall, I believed I received extremely professional and sterling service. I would not hesitate in whole-heartedly recommending Tim Russ and Dominic Foley in particular.

GoogleWe recently purchased our new home through Paul at Tim Russ in Thame. Almost a year ago, we noticed an older property being demolished and contacted both Paul and the building firm to enquire as to what would be replacing it. As soon as we knew it was the house we wanted, we worked closely with Tim Russ to secure the purchase. All the way through, Paul kept us informed making the buying experience a delightful one. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, for both buying and selling your property.

GoogleInstructed Tim Russ with our recent sale, and they were great from start to finish. We worked with Fi who was pleasant and knowledgeable about the local market. She had done her homework to value our home accurately rather than just check Rightmove and see what other similar sized properties were up for which is what the other local agents did on meeting them. Thanks Fi, Dom and the rest of the TR team.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
