GoogleKF acted for us upon the sale of a £2m+ house. They were excellent. Two things stand out - every team member were excellent from sales staff sometimes doing weekend viewings, back office staff doing what they promised, the agents like Matt and Nick. The second thing we liked was an honest transparent approach that encouraged good two way dialogue.
