Would recommend

Katie was very helpful through the process of viewing the property all the way to moving. The referencing was taking a while and giving us issues and not telling us theh reason but it’s not the fault of the estate agents and Katie was very helpful and quick with trying to solve this. I would recommend this estate agents compared to others I had to deal with which were much less professional and helpful than knight Frank.

Would recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking for a house in the Fulham area due to their exceptional client service, thorough expertise in each property and speedy responses to any queries. Amy Collins was a standout estate agent from my experience searching in several locations with many different companies. She was able to quickly learn what I was looking for and find the perfect properties to meet those needs, showcasing a high level of knowledge in each one. She is timely in following up and answering queries, always readily available, and goes that extra mile to make sure you are catered to - basically everything you would want in an estate agent! Her effort will always be remembered and admired.

Although Matt Davies at Knight Frank was not our agent for either our sale or our purchase, he was instrumental in getting our entire chain over the line hence why I felt the need to post a review. In what became a very complicated and stressful process, Matt consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate across the chain, chase outstanding issues and keep momentum when things could easily have stalled. His determination, persistence and willingness to step in, even when it wasn’t strictly his responsibility, made a real difference. Thanks to Matt’s efforts the chain finally progressed to exchange, allowing us to secure a house that we absolutely love. His professionalism, commitment and proactive approach did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful for the role he played in making the move happen.

I can’t thank Jason at Knight Frank enough for the exceptional service he provided while selling my house in Henley. From the very beginning, he was attentive, proactive and completely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible. We had several challenges lower down the chain and Jason troubleshot every single one with professionalism and calm efficiency. He stayed in constant communication, always keeping me updated. Many thanks to you all but, of course, particularly to Jason who, from the very beginning of our communications to the end, was professional, respectful and ethical. He arranged many viewings and secured a buyer within days of the house going on the market, despite the market not looking promising and just before the budget, and we got more than we were expecting in terms of the sale price. I particularly appreciated the fact that he is a local boy: he knows many professionals associated with buying and selling a house which made all stages so much easier; he also showed genuine sensitivity and understanding about what selling our mother's house and the land meant to me and my brother. There were a few last minute legal hiccups which he spent time sorting alongside the solicitors well into his evenings and weekends, for which we were all grateful. I was touched by the care he showed the buyers too. It couldn't have been a better experience for all - thanks again Jason.

I worked with Carmen from the Knight Frank Hyde Park office to let my flat out in Bayswater. The process was very smooth from start to finish but in particular, Carmen was excellent. She was efficient, thorough, diligent, selective in finding good candidates, very quick in her replies and also in my opinion went above and beyond in her role in helping resolve issues with preparing the flat for a new tenancy. And she was very friendly and pleasant in her working style, very easy to get on with. 10/10 in my opinion.
