My Experience with the Agency - Apartment Letting

My experience with the apartment letting agency KnightFrank has been overall positive. I have closely worked with the agent Sarah Rynne from the Aldgate KnightFrank office. She is extremely professional and a charismatic person - she helped with every issue we encountered along the way, and went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it, given we were quite stressed and inexperienced with the UK’s letting processes. It was an absolute pleasure having her help us out - and deserves a 10/10, same with the manager Andrew. At other times prior to meeting with Sarah, it felt as if we, tenants, had to ask for various information about our situation. There were times that we felt like we needed to specifically ask about certain details that are necessary to communicate coming from an agency. From our side (the tenants) we even felt like fish out of water when we had to go back to the physical agency to ask for more details, and perceived a sense of judgement from only a couple of surrounding agents that we did not directly deal with, as if “oh great, they are hear again” (mind you, we paid visit to the offices 4 times in 2 months lasting 2 minutes - asking for updates. That says everything). Now, I understand that some tenants don’t care about certain important details, but some do, since it’s not an insignificant amount of money we pay. However, these were some times that some agents could be more sympathetic about the situation, as some people feel more at ease if more important information is communicated rather than not. Overall, some parts of the process were excellent, some could use some adjustments!

Brilliant Estate Agents: Michal and Gaia

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, but I can honestly say, that I had the best experience working with Michal Bocian and Gaia Londai. I was continuously updated on changes, paperwork's that needed to be in place. I also felt heard and advised on things to support my best interest. I asked Michal and Gaia to put the letting price up and without them trying to negotiate or telling me I was unrealistic (like other agents did) they just went and got the job done. Lexi was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process of finding a rental flat. I really enjoy dealing with Rosi and she responds to emails and queries much quicker than other agents I had in the past. Rosi is very sharp and seems to be someone who can work under pressure. She never seems overwhelmed even when she's very busy. When I call to ask for an immediate follow up she always picks up the phone and deals with my query effectively.
