Used these some time ago and they did not do any of what was agreed. After at least a week after contract was signed and numerous promises of it will be on today, my property was not on rightmove. I moved to different agent and property was sold. Also some of the financial products sold to me by their countrywide agent were not suitable or right for me.

Liz and all her team were absolutely fantastic and put themselves out to help with our sale and also our purchase. They were excellent in every way and helped up with all our necessary paperwork as both myself and my wife didn’t have a clue. Would very much recommend Bairstow eves in South Ockendon as absolutely superb in every way

I would highly recommend this branch for selling a property. The Sales team were very good throughout my whole experience. The Branch Manager was excellent and kept on top of the whole chain at all times.

I called and booked a valuation appointment for the next day. However, no one turned up and when I called them again, I was told nothing was booked in and they were unable to fit me in that day. Therefore, I have taken my business elsewhere.
