GoogleDemi-Louise Mahoney certainly an expert in her field - she kept us informed on a regular basis and even guided us on the journey of negotiating an increase of an offer on our property - would highly recommend using Demi and also this branch as all staff are efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly with still a professional touch.

GoogleWe had booked a house viewing in Ockendon for Saturday, 7th of May with Louiza. The day before we made 3 phone calls during workinh hours to confirm and nobody was picking up. Later in the evening we received an automated text message with a reminder for the house viewing. On Saturday morning we made 1 hour journey, only to arrive there and be told on the phone(this time they picked up) that the house has been sold. Louiza apparently has been trying to contact us many times without an answer. I don't know how's that possible without any email or missed phone calls or voicemails. Couldn't waste my time worse than this.

GoogleGoing into Bairstow Eves I found they was very friendly and helpful and sold my bungalow with in minutes of going on the market and they tried to find me a new home but due to health we couldn’t move but found the girls very helpfully and understanding with our situation and feel that Liz and Debby are an amazing team. 1000% recommended them and will be using them again when the time is right. GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST Very unprofessional. Went there to purchase a property and was treated like a criminal. Gave them my agreement in principal and it was not accepted becuse they felt like I might otherwise be accepted for an mortgatge, and they don't know anything about me. Also after I started asking questions I was told they need to check for money laundring etc etc AVOID AT ALL COST

GoogleUsed these some time ago and they did not do any of what was agreed. After at least a week after contract was signed and numerous promises of it will be on today, my property was not on rightmove. I moved to different agent and property was sold. Also some of the financial products sold to me by their countrywide agent were not suitable or right for me.
