I am so so happy I chose Bairstow in South Ockendon for the Sale of my Flat. The team there were all amazing. Shout out to Nicola, Demi and Adam especially who all played pivotal roles in getting my move across the line. The team at Bairstow South Ockendon secured me the sale price I wanted, and really kept the process moving as smoothly as possible despite some pushy developers at the top of my chain. The team were always contactable and if I couldn't reach the person I needed they'd get back to me ASAP which was really reassuring. It was my first time going through this process of buying and selling a property and I couldn't be happier with the service I recieved. They really went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you!

I sold my house through Bairstow Eves south Ockendon. I dealt with Nicola from the sale onwards. Nicola went above and beyond to get the sale to completion. I honestly don’t think it would have happened if it wasn’t for Nicola’s hard work and persistence. Nicola constantly chased the solicitors and never fobbed me off, she was always willing to listen to me and let me vent my frustrations. Whatever needed doing Nicola got it done without question. After a long drawn out rollercoaster of a ride I can’t recommend these guys enough especially Garry Wilson, who after a year of ups and downs went over and above to help us get moved. Long story short we were messed around by the people we bought from for over a year to the point where we lost our buyer and thought we were never going to moved, with the help from the team at south Ockendon we managed to get a new buyer and get everything rushed through in time so we could still move. We had a lot of problems to deal with but we managed to get through it all, 100% we have Garry to thank for that in his words ours was the most difficult purchase he has had to deal with in 25 years. Top tier performers always make it look easy and Demi, Charlie, and Nicola took the sale of my house as a walk in the park. After the previous agent stumbled over his feet and ran away from his own shadow, I made the call to Barstow Eves Ockendon. Demi picked up, got the instruction and her and Charlie had a viewings battle. Demi won and basically sold the house before they had time to advertise it.
