Dealing with the Wymondham branch who are simply diabolical. Story changes depending on which member of staff you speak to. Communication is appalling and the level of customer service is a disgrace, particularly from the branch manager.

Sam, Chelsie and Sarah are tremendous in their communications with me. They all went above and beyond with helping me towards the move, especially the complications I was having with other people's solicitors in the chain. All 3 ladies were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Abbotts. Superb service.

When you have a serious issue and have no water for 2 days after being out of the property for 6 weeks now. Nobody can wash especially an 18month old child and adults after being at work all day

GoogleI had a good experience with Abbots when I purchased my first property. I was particularly impressed with the branch manager Lorraine who fought hard to push the sale through on a daily basis and resolve outstanding queries for me. She even managed to save me some money! Very happy

We used Abbotts in Wymondham and they found us a buyer quite quickly. But unfortunately it was a long drawn out process which lasted nearly 8months.But happy to say with there help we sold to the same buyers.
