Miss Kirsten tait who I’ve had the pleasure of having as my agent has done and continues to do a Fantastic job . The team was really instrumental in providing the letting services for our purchased property. Eilidh has previously supported us in our earlier property's letting services as well. GoogleOur property went live on Friday afternoon and Countrywide had viewings for us the same day, as well as further viewings over the weekend and potential viewers for the current week. We received an offer within 3 days which we were happy with. We were kept updated throughout and everything was dealt with very efficiently by the team at Countrywide particularly Chris, Nicole and Paige.

GoogleFrom valuation through to completion, Nicole and her team delivered a highly professional service, resulting in the very quick sale of our property, achieving a higher than expected sale price. The team at Countrywide were extremely efficient coordinating the surveyor and photographer, and also provided feedback following each viewing. We would not hesitate to utilise Countrywide again as their market knowledge, professionalism and efficiency led to a quick, hassle-free sale.

GoogleI unfortunately have to preface this by saying I'm increasingly frustrated with how bad the tenant portal is. It really needs some work on performance as it's unbelievably sluggish. It wasn't working at all as usual, and when I tried to contact the offices at the number in the portal, or via google, the numbers were disconnected. My rep was on holiday and I eventually got hold of Michael Wilson, who was really friendly and helped me get an electrician organised quickly. 5 stars for him, but 1 star for your web app.
