Avoid at all costs, communication is terrible, never get back to you, always make some excuse as to why they have not replied to emails, wrongly advise on mortgages, one of the worst I have dealt with!!

GoogleGreat service with showing us round the house, helping us get set off and everything and being able to resolve any issues that we had before moving in with the curtain rail in the bathroom, we absolutely love our house

Ryan at the Cowgate branch was very helpfuland listened to what we were looking for in a property. Not the usual rush rush situation you find yourself in with estate agents.

TrustpilotDo not rent with this company
William H Brown require landlords to give six months notice to terminate the management contract. Completely unacceptable. Not very good at replying to emails or returning calls.

GoogleI have recently rented a property through W H Brown in Grantham. The staff were super helpful in managing my own fairly complicated unique circumstances. Very professional, kind and friendly. They made a stressful situation far less stressful.

Useless in every way. Poor communication, misinformation, false promises, antagonising and losing our potential buyers, dragging their feet with documentation. Absolutely nothing to recommend them whatsoever. Would give them 5 minus stars if it were possible

TrustpilotBunch of amateurs.
Sat waiting outside the house for a viewing, only to get a call 2 minutes before to tell me that they have lost the keys and can we do the appointment later. Amateurs, don’t bother.
