GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Christopher’s. They were always at the end of the phone and helpful with every aspect of the sale. A much more personal approach than a normal estate agent. Great at communicating not just with us but all others in the chain and the other estate agents. We would definitely recommend them to sell your home.

GoogleChris, Heather & Rob are an excellent team. They all have a wealth of experience in the property business and always responded to any communications from us in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. They worked hard to progress both our sale and purchase and were skilful in keeping the chain together and keeping us updated and (at times) reassured that our move would actually happen! We would definitely recommend Christopher's, they are a super local Estate Agency, offering a personal touch to the process of moving home. .

GoogleChris has been wonderful throughout the buying process of my new flat in Ivybridge. A small estate agency but comes with a personal touch. He helped at every point he could to nudge the completion along and more than accommodated additional viewings of the property to prepare for renovations post completion. I would recommend Chris for sales and purchase. Updated: 7/10/22 Chris and Heather have since looked after the sale of a property for me. Again - the service was seamless and stress free. Chris and Heather regularly followed up solicitors and parties in the chain (without being prompted) which resulted in a prompt transaction. Again - I can't fault and would highly recommend. If only all estate agencies were this good!!

GoogleWe cannot praise Christopher’s enough. Having a husband with Dementia is a challenge at the best of times but throw moving into the mix adds a whole new dimension. Having Chris and Heather looking after our move was truly special. I would thoroughly recommend others to visit Christopher’s before thinking of moving or buying. You will be in safe hands. GoogleHighly recommended. Chris is clearly very experienced and knows what he is doing. My property sold very quickly and with no time wasted, demonstrating the benefits of a proper independent agent with local connections. Chris expertly marketed my property and promptly lined up a number of credible offers. Very glad to have followed his advice on which buyer to go with - the sale, which could have been tricky, went through without mishap. There was no messing around.

GoogleThe whole process of selling my house from beginning to end was carefully, professionally and sensitively managed. Communication with all staff at Christopher’s estate agents was excellent, with timely responses and clarity in passing on information regarding the sale. It was very reassuring to know that I could contact the estate agents at any time and always get to speak one of the staff members straightaway. Responses to questions and requests via email were also very quick. Staff were friendly and amenable and always did their best to resolve issues. I would definitely recommend Christopher’s as the estate agent to use when buying or selling your house.
