We have just purchased our house through Christopher’s and can happily say that the service and process from the buying side is as good as people are saying for selling. From first viewing through to completion, Chris, Rob, and Heather were friendly, transparent, and efficient. Working in the industry myself and this being our second purchase, I know how important the right sales progression can be, and their approach to honest and thorough communication on both sides made for a positive and smooth process the whole way through. Would definitely use Christopher’s if we were selling (not that we want to part with our lovely cottage anytime soon) and would highly recommend to anyone else!

I struck gold when I found Christopher's Estate Agents. Other local agents seemed disinterested and gave very poor assessments of the property but from the outset Heather and Chris were friendly , efficient and very knowledgeable. Within 5 days the property had a great offer accepted offer on it. What then ensued was a nightmare due to family illness and the purchaser's extremely difficult solicitor, though the purchaser was fine. I honestly don't think we would have got through it without the kind support combined with communication skills and generally 'being on the ball' that Chris and Heather demonstrated. I could not recommend them enough. Having been through many house sales, they are the best agents I have ever come across.

Christophers handled a purchase of ours this week and I can honestly say they have been fantastic. Christopher and Heather were excellent. We appreciated their honesty when valuing our property to sell, which from start to finish took 6 weeks. They were easy to talk to, very helpful and kept their "eye on the ball" throughout the whole sales process; keeping us informed every step of the way and chasing other parties where and when necessary. It’s not always easy to find an estate agent that behaves with honesty and integrity but if that’s what you’re looking for, Chris is your man. After a time wasting exercise with another local agent, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Christophers whose friendly professionalism and sound knowledge of the market resulted in my father’s house selling for the asking price in 48 hours. Chris and Heather are managing an exceptionally well run agency, they are responsive and answer the phone and return calls promptly, are always happy to answer queries and deal with problems that may arise. Chris has been wonderful throughout the buying process of my new flat in Ivybridge. A small estate agency but comes with a personal touch. He helped at every point he could to nudge the completion along and more than accommodated additional viewings of the property to prepare for renovations post completion. I would recommend Chris for sales and purchase. Updated: 7/10/22 Chris and Heather have since looked after the sale of a property for me. Again - the service was seamless and stress free. The whole process of selling my house from beginning to end was carefully, professionally and sensitively managed. Communication with all staff at Christopher’s estate agents was excellent, with timely responses and clarity in passing on information regarding the sale. It was very reassuring to know that I could contact the estate agents at any time and always get to speak one of the staff members straightaway. Responses to questions and requests via email were also very quick. Staff were friendly and amenable and always did their best to resolve issues.
