It was a difficult time, having to sell a house of a deceased couple, however, Harrison was truly amazing and supportive, he is very knowledgeable of the area and the house prices. Gave me some great advice about the modern auction route to sell a house, which we decided was the best way to go for us. Harrison, kept us updated throughout the entire process. Could not have asked for a better estate agent to have with me through this difficult time.

We bought a property that was marketed by Taylors Filton and were very pleased with the communication and service throughout the process. Despite being the agent for the party on the other side of the transaction, they made sure to understand our needs and circumstances, and did an excellent job of handling the case diplomatically when there were issues with the conveyancing process. We did not use their mortgage advice or conveyancing services, however given how friendly and helpful the Filton team (in particular Steph and Harrison) were, we would consider using them to handle the entire process in future.

I am quite happy with the services provided by Taylors Filton. As a first time buyer, Jamie was able to explain to me clearly the processes of buying property, helping me find the property, finding the best rate and appropriate lender and solicitor. Jamie and Steph were very helpful in coordinating with lender and seller, and updating me with the purchase, and I commend their professionalism from the start up to the purchase closing of the property. As a couple of old folks who are trying to buy our first and, hopefully only property, the whole business has been made so much more pleasant, and very much less scary, by the lovely Harrison and his colleagues at Taylors Filton. Harrison has been so friendly and really good fun during our visits to property, being very open and thorough regarding any questions asked, and quick to get back to us, if there were any he couldn't answer straight away. He's shown a good deal of understanding of our anxiety around buying a property, and hasn't ever made us feel rushed into making such a big decision. Other team members that we've spoken to have been equally friendly and helpful and, altogether, sound like a very jolly bunch! I would definitely recommend Taylors to anyone for their property hunting/selling needs as, compared to some other estate agents that we've dealt with in our search, they definitely stand out in their level of competence and care and just good fun!:-) Many thanks to all so far.

Very very poor

Very very poor. Offered for a flat, they said they'd get back to us as soon as they had a decision from the landlord. Radio silence, impossible to get through on the phone. Let agreed with someone else a few days later without us being notified. We needed to get a flat ASAP, which they knew about, we feel messed around and have lost valuable time in our search for a property.

Tom and Harrison at the Filton office have been open, honest, supportive and helpful during the search for our first home. After speaking with Tom about our requirements, he has kept us up to date with news about upcoming properties and assisted us with any queries we've had. During a property viewing, Tom was knowledgable and put us at ease, any questions we had were followed up with emails should he not be sure of the answer or have to check with the vendor. Maddi has been our estate agent throughout our process of buying our new home - we can honestly say she has made the process a lot less stressful than what it could’ve been. As first time buyers we were very unsure on everything we needed to do. Maddi has been available and helpful with any questions we have had and advice we have needed. She is extremely friendly and easy to build a strong rapport with whilst maintaining professional. I have just purchased my first property through Taylors and I can’t fault the Filton branch in anyway. Communication was brilliant from the off, every department I dealt with along the process were super helpful and Informative. I mainly dealt with Lee Flaherty who oversaw the majority of my purchase, Lee worked tirelessly on my case and deserves an extra special mention for all of his hard work and dedication to complete when we were up against problems. Absolute idiots, let a bunch of students rent the property partying until 4 in the morning most nights, living next door and got to be up at 5am for work doesn't go well, contacted them they said they will phone them to explain the rules of there agreement, still been going on for weeks, damages= less rent just bare that in mind.

Don’t bother using them

So we booked the appointment well in advance it was fine then I received three phone calls from three different people then I got told that one of their viewers had gone sick and blah blah blah and I said forget it. Do you know what if you can’t be bothered to communicate properly with each other and phone me over the same things and send me 20 odd emails or thanking me for picking you I can’t be bothered because I can’t guarantee you’re gonna sell my house properly. Don’t bother using them.

I have nothing but praise for the amazing team at Taylors. Callum was lovely and sorted out our mortgage very quickly and when this was due to expire ( due to circumstances beyond anyone's control) he arranged a new one immediately. Ellie and Alex were fantastic as were the rest of the team. We are first time buyers and nothing was ever too much trouble for Taylors. They knew that I was often unable to take a call when at work so were happy to contact me primarily via email.
