We moved into rented accommodation, having sold our house, after 50 years of home ownership. Charlie was very helpful in ensuring our move went as smoothly (and stress free) as possible.From the viewing until the signing of the tenancy agreement Charlie, provided a very helpful friendly and efficient service, guiding us through the whole process. There was a hiccup with the cleaning and Charlie arranged for the apartment to be professionally cleaned, it was spotless with all the carpets shampooed.Ocean provided excellent holiday cover over the Christmas period as when Charlie was on leave, Keith kept the process going and was available for help. This was in contrast to our buyers solicitors when everything stopped whilst the solicitor was on holiday, which could have resulted in losing the rental.We would be happy to recommend Ocean Lettings.

We chose Ocean due to Jack Thayer and it was he who sold the property. He has sadly left but the Manager, Paul was very good in picking things up from Jack, and Demi their new Move Manager is excellent. She is very knowledgeable, re-assuring and super efficient. I think every business needs a Demi. Thanks so much Ocean for helping us to start another exciting chapter in our lives.

Replied to emails quickly, always available via phone and so helpful with booking viewings or at the end of the phone when things felt like they weren’t going well! The whole team were as helpful with viewings but Matt and Paul, who also took paperwork to different offices for us to get things moving quickly too!A pleasure to work with!

Will not answer email my son moved in no microwave oven main oven not working properly fridge is acting as a freezer the room prived is only small compered to the previous room from the same company and had to paye more money from last year can not get any response addresses jackel road bristol student accommodation Still not sorted out coker and fridge and know recived a bill from cancil for tax of £1500 as they forgot to send student exemption to cancil would not recommend the to any one

GoogleWe have used Ocean in Filton before and didn’t hesitate to use them again. The team are professional at all times and supportive , especially as our sale took longer than expected. Julie our Move Manager was excellent, kept us fully updated and always answered our queries by return, we never had to chase her for a reply. Also the legal team , we can’t speak highly enough of Claire , who again dealt with everything very quickly and never let things drag on. Great support also from Emily & Karen. Definitely would also recommend the legal team , well the team as a whole really.

Flawless Service!My partner and I recently purchased a property and we were needing to rent our property we were living in. The buying process was quick and easy as well as regular updates from Liz each week on the progress of the purchase. We also used Ocean for the rent out our property which was a great option. James and Jemima went above and beyond from start to finish to get our property filled with tenants. I appreciate the work they put in, due to it being late nights and not in normal workings hours. They were at the property for every viewing without fail. From our perspective this was flawless service and we are using them to manage the property also. Thanks again James and Jemima.

GoogleExcellent experience with Ocean when buying our house. Prompt responses to our queries and requests to view the property. Andy always had a good knowledge of the property at viewings. The solicitors (Jasmine and Dimitri) made the conveyancing process straightforward. Julie was extremely helpful to keep our minds at ease and pull the whole process together. Finally the mortgage advisors and home insurance advisors were also a great help!

We had a great experience with Ocean Property Lawyers. They do convenancing for all properties, not just those sold by their estate agent. The price was competitive and good value for the service we received.Our solicitor was Karen who was fantastic from start to finish. She went out of her way to ensure the process went smoothly, in spite of a major blunder by our mortgage advisor. I think it's safe to say we wouldn't have managed to complete on time without her support.The assistant team were also responsive throughout (special shout out to Emily) and it was always easy to get hold of someone with any questions.I would highly recommend Karen and the Ocean team to anyone purchasing a property!

All the team were super helpful and supportive . They did an amazing job with the marketing and arranged for 23 viewings over a weekend of which ten put in offers.There were a few set backs along the way but the advice offered was very helpful. Google**Review for Ocean Homes** I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Ocean Homes. From the outset, my attempts to contact them have been met with silence, demonstrating a shocking level of unprofessionalism. Upon moving into the property, we discovered that the toilet was left unfixed. It leaked, creating an unbearable smell that permeated our landing carpet. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the negligence has continued, leaving us feeling completely disregarded. I would strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider their choice in management, as Ocean Homes has shown a lack of accountability and responsiveness to serious issues.

Before putting our house on the market we invited 3 Estate Agents to give valuations and discuss their terms of business. We chose Ocean because we liked Clare’s easy and clear communication and felt the valuation was realistic. Ocean were excellent throughout the whole process, particularly when there were numerous hitches further down in the chain causing unexpected delays. They kept us informed very regularly and were proactive in dealing with buyers solicitors and agents. The service felt personal, professional and supportive and they achieved a good price for us despite a fluctuating market. We would have no hesitation in using Ocean again and recommending them to others. Particular thanks to Jenny for her ongoing communication with regular email and telephone updates and advice.

He has really taken the time to get to know what I’m looking for and has been amazing throughout the whole process of looking for a home for my son and I. Although I've only just started the process with Ocean Estate both Tommy and Will have been really friendly and genuinely seem happy to help me with any queries I have. Everything is resolved in a timely fashion with no hesitation and unlike other Estate/Lettings agents I've worked with, they seem like they actually want to provide a good service to their customers rather than using the market to stiff-arm tenants into agreements that suit them.

Steve and team were incredibly proactive in marketing the sale of my property, going above and beyond as I was trying to secure my onwards purchase - ecaluation on a Friday, photographer on the Monday and live on Rightmove on the Tuesday. The sales brochure and photographs were excellent. Ocean secured several offers on my property, with offer accepted 3 days after listing - working at an incredible pace. Perhaps most importantly, securing a very good price. Really personable and friendly team. Steve has always been very happy to help and provide advice on my onwards purchase, often out of hours - which has been much appreciated. Even better ifs for me, would be enhanced clarification of buyers positions; smoother handling of offers (such that it reduces the pressure on the seller) and a more proactive approach to the management of the end to end sale (as was adopted at onboarding/listing). GoogleCannot thank these guys enough they did everything they could from start to finish to getting are house sold within 2wks and finally into are dream home special thanks to Julie she worked so hard to getting it all completed was a very stressful time but we got there in the end and can't be happier staff are all amazing calls and emails with updates weekly and we were able to call and speak to them i will miss talking with Julie thsnk you for are card and box of goodies really thoughtful and kind best wishes for the future we don't plan on moving again but these would be the people we will see!
