As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at first, but he made everything so much easier to understand and guided us every step of the way. Simon worked incredibly hard to find us the cheapest mortgage deal available, taking the time to explain all our options clearly and making sure we were comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond, not only securing us a great mortgage but also helping us arrange a more affordable solicitor, which saved us even more money. We have recently sold our property with Andrews and I honestly cannot express how happy I am with their service. From the very start Dom came to value the house, I felt confident we had chosen the right people to help us! They worked round our timings and arranged so many viewings for the house! Dom was always so helpful and constantly willing to help and answer any questions I had with the house sale! Michelle was also such a great help! Always ringing with feedback and updates! They then sold the house and the process since has been incredible. Tom has kept us up to date constantly, he is a real credit to the company! He rings us with updates more than what our solicitor has done! He’s kept our minds at ease and any questions we’ve had he’s been able to help! My viewing was memorable, largely due to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young lady, Shamiya who showed me around. Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. I feel Shamiya has been an excellent representative for the company, showing her passion and genuine caring nature toward me as a client.I think this young lady will serve this company well and I wish her much luck for her future career...Please give her a pay rise! Amazing and professional

I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!

My partner and I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Andrews in Yate. From the moment we first made contact to arrange a viewing on a property they were very fast & efficient. Dominique met us at the property for a viewing you couldn’t met a nicer lady, so knowledgeable and professional with a personal touch you seldom find. We spent longer than you would usually as we were treated like people and she took time to get to know us and find out our needs and wishes. Offered immediately as we fell in love with the property instantly from the photographs but of course had to see it to believe it! Dominique was in contact with us straight away to inform us of next steps. From then on throughout the rest of the process we dealt with Stewart Banwell, we honestly cannot recommend him and the team enough, the support that we received from Stewart was first class, continually updating me throughout every stage with emails and telephone calls, made us feel so extremely confident that Stewart was there dealing with the process.
