GoogleAs a parent we get much worried about this accomodation , my son is in trouble to get a deposit back and he says it's worst management and irresponsibility staffs, more over they have been avoid him to contact in all manner. here we do trust english. but we are fed up

GoogleThe only good thing I have to say is the building and apartments are nice however the management and the service is appealing otherwise this would of been a 5 star rating, Karina the lettings manager there is not someone you would ever want to liaise with, she’s absolutely rude and terrible

GoogleThis place is running false rental advertisement. They are posting false prices on the market place and when you enquire they will say that the apartment is gone. They will try to sell the much higher priced units then.

GoogleI have been trying to organise a viewing for 2 weeks and spent today consistently calling reception for them to not fulfill my simple requests or communicate properly. Very badly organised and I’m thoroughly turned off living there.
