GoogleIt was third time lucky with JD and all we can say is WOW what an exceptional estate agent this is! The team worked hard to sell our flat after it had been on the market with 2 different agents for a year prior. In a tough market for 1 bed flats post lockdown, they had a great network of potential buyers lined up for viewings within days of first contact. We were given updates regularly and detailed feedback so we knew where we stood every step of the way. They were open and honest and we were able to secure a buyer and complete within 12 weeks! This will help us with our onwards purchase and they saved us from losing our dream home. Annie , Paul and Franco thank you all for your dedication and friendly service. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. We very recently sold our flat in South Croydon and chose to use John Dallas as they're a local, family run agent based just down the road. This was our first time selling a property so we really appreciated the advise, honesty and level of communication from Frank and Paul. They were there to help us every step of the way from the initial evaluation all the way through to exchange and completion (which took just 8 weeks!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John Dallas to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Croydon area. Thanks guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe bought our first property through John Dallas recently and could not be happier - with either the house or the service received. We dealt mainly with Kasia and Franco who were a delight after some of the other agents we came across on our property search. All our questions were fed back to the vendors and responded to immediately and the level of service we received was second to none. I cannot recommend the company highly enough... We do not intend to sell for many many years, but if and when the time comes we will be using John Dallas!

GoogleFrank and the team were brilliant during the whole process of purchasing our property, especially as it was our first purchase and we had a lot of questions! Thank you!

GoogleWe purchased our first home through John Dallas at the end of June. We dealt primarily with Franco, who was a breath of fresh air after having dealt with some really pushy estate agents. He was fantastic at helping us through the process, ensuring that completion went through quickly and pain free for all parties. When/ if we come to sell, we will most definitely be speaking to them first. Great team - thoroughly recommend.

GoogleEstate agents in general don't have a very good reputation in the property business. If however, there is one, who makes a good case for being fair, honest, straight forward and reliable it has to be John Dallas. I have used them on two occasions and both times John and his team were exactly what you'd expect of a good estate agent. Communication was clear, the team is always reachable, professional and they don't dress up any situation which I personally really appreciate. They also have some great experience in the team and can help you deal with an already stressful buying/selling process that much more efficiently !

GoogleI would echo all of the positive comments below and heartily recommend John Dallas and Partners. I sold my flat with John Dallas and honestly think I couldn't have got through it without the help of John who gave such care and attention to every part of my sale. Having dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years John stands heads and shoulders above the rest with an honest approach, great advice and amazing attention to detail from taking on the property all the way through to completion to make sure it went through as smoothly as possible.

GoogleI was very happy with the service we got at John Dallas. They were friendly, efficient and they took time to research the market and make sure the house was marketed in the right way at the right price. We had a buyer within 10 days of putting the house on the market. John and Franco are really friendly and we got regular updates on progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWow! What an estate agent. They’re a great and friendly team who couldn’t do enough for us. When our first buyer pulled out they were all hands on deck to get our property back up on the market and we had sold it again within 3 days. Nothing but great words for them all. Would highly recommend and use again without question (if we ever move!).
