GoogleI rarely leave reviews online but we had such an excellent experience of working with Kate from Luscombe Maye that I couldn't not leave one. From the moment she showed us the property and throughout the whole buying process she was a joy to work with. The purchase was quite complex but she supported us throughout, liasing with the vendors, solicitors and other agents to make sure everything moved as smoothly as possible. I could not fault the service at all and if you are interested in selling or buying in the South Hams then you need look no further.

GoogleI really could not recommend the staff at Luscombe Maye (South Brent) more highly. They guided my Mum and I through the sale of her property with total professionalism but were also kind and supportive and often went beyond what they needed to do. From the moment we first put the property on the market to when it sold their communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. My family have now sold 4 properties through Luscombe Maye and with each sale they have always given excellent service. We would have no hesitancy in recommending them.
