GoogleThe team in the South Brent office have been real stars. Selling my fathers house took almost a year - Luscombe Maye took over from another local agent in July and have 'held my hand' throughout the process. There were a few wobbles along the way - selling an individual property in need of some TLC, and at 100+ miles distance has it's own inherent challenges but... we made it - Thanks a million (but my husband say's you're not getting it)!

GoogleLuscombe Maye have done an amazing job advertising and selling our house. The photos produced showed it off to it's full potential and we actually sold it for more than the asking price. GoogleI can't praise Luscombe Maye enough as a purchaser. They went out of their way to help us find our new home and were so kind and patient. They have also kept pace with the conveyancing process and on one occasion, swiftly alerted me to an email from our solicitor which I had inadvertently missed. I think the vendors have had an amazing agent in Luscombe Maye and would very much like to extend personal thanks to all the staff at the office, each of whom has been equally awesome.
