TrustpilotDisorganised and unhelpful
I let my flat via this company. The service was poor before COVID but became terrible after - they made many mistakes (one of which cost me a lot of money) and gave me lots of excuses and downright wrong information. My impression was that they didn't know what they were doing and hoped I wouldn't notice.

GoogleGood estate agents. All around the area. They are correct. When had a business with them or tried to do another one, sometimes no call backs if you leave a message. I always used phone or email contact never been inside the office. Financial adviser all right but had a few glitch while tried to remortgage the flat with him.

TrustpilotThe clientele are not very good…
The clientele are not very good calibre. Service is not good at all. Two properties and both not good handling. I would not recommend them . Communication is just a matter of fact for them. Never again .

GoogleA very experienced estate agent, Julie Norman, showed us around an ideal property, excellent interpersonal skills - good balance between needs of seller and buyer, straightforward and knowledgeable

TrustpilotAvoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, even if they're selling your dream home. It is not worth it and you stand to lose a lot!
