GoogleAbsolutely exceptional service, John and the whole team are extremely knowledgable and helped us understand all points raised. We had the level 3 survey. The best survey report we have ever seen, not fault picking but genuine and honest explanation of areas to consider, top class service. Highly recommend.

GoogleFantastic service, very helpful and responded to emails straight away. The quality of the Level 3 Report we recieved at 70 pages with colour photos and very detailed descriptions of the inspected areas really was excellent. I would have no hesitation to use or reccomend Tamlys in future.

GoogleGreat survey for our house purchase by Jane. Tamlyns were the only surveyors who were able to take a booking in reasonable time when we were searching. Jane completed a level 2 survey for us, very details with plenty of photos, she kept us informed for the process and was very helpful answering our questions. Would definitely recommend and use this service again.

GoogleExcellent communication throughout, with extremely prompt replies to initial enquiry and subsequent email correspondence. Our full Building Survey report was emailed to us within 48 hours of being performed. Quite remarkable, especially as it was 126 pages long!
