If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Ivybridge I strongly recommend Mr Jon Curtis-Hawker, and his team, at this branch of GTH. Not only did he find a buyer for my parents house almost immediately but because of all the sad circumstances involved for me personally and bearing in mind that I lived hundreds of miles away he went above and beyond in taking care to make sure the house was looked after as it was empty and that the sale proceeded smoothly.

GoogleWe were most impressed by Greenslade Taylor Hunt at Langport. During the buying our new home process they were 100% efficient, found the answers to all the questions we asked, and kept us up to date with how things were progressing even though market instability was causing problems. We were very pleased that they were prepared to deal with our questions in a straightforward way. In particular we found Callum to be very attentive to our needs and he pulled us through to a successful outcome. Well done GTH at Langport!

Callum Foster, an Apprentice Residential Negotiator, GTH Langport, excelled when helping us to find a new home through a genuine appetite to question and understand our needs, and to take feedback throughout. Yes, others say they do, but his interest to understand and not simply please, was instrumental in securing our next home. And even then, he has helped post completion with the same fresh enthusiasm. Let's hope he is nurtured to grow these qualities and inspires others to join him as apprentices in this field.

I honestly don’t know who uses GTH or why! Tried 3 times now over several months to book a valuation with them. Their online booking form for this is beyond pointless as they never have what they state available! Can’t even get them to value your property how are they going to get people to view it! Truly ridiculous.

There are some changes being implemented, however, we do receive multiple valuation forms each day and state on the form, and subsequent email to clients, that the time/date is a preference only and that our agents will confirm a mutually convenient time.
